No, it's not incest, thought it may look like it.
It's the dancer Sylvia and the bard Levin from Fire Emblem IV =D
I drew the lineart like months ago and I started to color it on PS7 but I got pretty bored of it eventually. :P
I found this picture in my portfolio yesterday and decided to color it again...only this time, I was motivated to try using color pencils. Thanks to ~EfronDaRabbit and her awesome CP tutorial, I was able to get my lazy butt of the chair and actually do some art. xD
Ick...the quality's so poor. After I scanned it, the colors were really light, so I had to adjust the tones on Microsoft Photo Editor. Only, that made the blue scanner lines more visible in the picture D; (I don't know why that happens...maybe the scan head's dirty)

Ig: Levin's pants!
ID26: What, ye want them?!
Ig: No, they're shaded all wrong.

Yeah, his pants are so horribly done. :( I definitely messed up. I got kinda stuck on the clothing so...And yeah, I know, the anatomy's screwed too. I can't ever seem to get the anatomy correct. Hmph. And the tree....oh wow, I'm not even gonna comment xD (I don't like it >.> I got kinda lazy on it too. >.> I know I shouldn't have. But I took a break after coloring one side of it. An FE4 break =D Oh, I'm up to second generation! Go me!)

And the words say "In this world of chaos and confusion, I've found my sanctuary in your heart"
"Heart" doesn't look right. >.> It's more like "Center" in the kanji. >.> Whatever...maybe it's different in Japanese. :shrug:

awww, what a cute moment they seem to be having! Just giving it a closer look I can tell you used a good variety of different colors on that tree trunk, and the skin looks like it too! *lol at least i hope you did ^^; but thts ok :D* The texture on levin`s (or the guys) scarf most interests me because making texture like those can sure be a PAIN >< But you pulled it off very nicely, i really like that part of the picture alot! Good job, ill fav :3
